About the Project

We are developing a 34-villa premium gated community in Hyderabad with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, indoor games, parks, streetlights, and full infrastructure.
We need a skilled Market Research Analyst to prepare a professional presentation and market study for investor pitches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate market research for Hyderabad (2024–2025)
• Analyze villa pricing, demand, amenities trends, buyer profiles
• Study competing gated villa communities in similar micro-markets
• Prepare a clean, structured PPT (10–20 slides) with insights
• Create clear charts, graphs, and comparisons
• Suggest ideal pricing strategy and investment pitch points
• Provide references, data sources, and logical reasoning
• Deliver a brief written report (3–4 pages)

Requirements

• MBA in Finance/Marketing
• Strong experience in real estate market research
• Excellent PPT presentation skills
• Good analytical & communication skills
• Knowledge of Hyderabad property market is a plus
• Ability to work fast and deliver in 3–5 days

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
