Market Research Analyst

We’re Hiring: Market Research Analyst (CATI – International Voice Process)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Market Research Analyst with experience in CADI (Computer-Assisted Dialing Interviewing) and Primary Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and prior experience handling international voice processes.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct phone-based surveys with international respondents (CATI system).
• Collect, validate, and code survey data to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in preparing research summaries and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams on diverse research projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in CATI, international voice process, or primary research.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Excel or basic data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented, with an interest in research and data-driven insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,001.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
