Job Summary:

Market Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on target markets, industry trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape.

• Data Collection & Interpretation:

  Gather primary data (surveys, interviews, focus groups) and analyze secondary sources (industry reports, databases, public records).

• Consumer Insights:

  Identify consumer preferences, buying behavior, and satisfaction levels to influence product development and marketing strategies.

• Competitor Intelligence:

  Monitor and analyze activities, pricing, and positioning of competitors to assess market threats and opportunities.

• Reporting & Presentation:

  Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to share research findings with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Forecasting & Modeling:

  Use statistical techniques to forecast market trends, sales performance, and ROI of marketing campaigns.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and strategy teams to align insights with business objectives.

• Tool Utilization:

  Leverage tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other BI platforms for data analysis and visualization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., SaaS, consumer goods, healthcare, financial services)
  
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing metrics
  
• Advanced Excel or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
