Job Description: As a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner at our company, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders to help build their organizations and ensure that all people decisions are data-driven. Your responsibilities will include developing knowledge of company and local policies, driving multiple projects to fruition, and shaping India's inclusion charter. You will work closely with the Human Resource (HR) Head and the country People Operations leadership to execute Google's geographic priorities in the Market across core areas. Key Responsibilities: - Develop knowledge of company and local policies, collaborate cross-functionally, localize global programs, and support events. - Drive multiple projects to completion by aligning with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leadership, tracking success metrics, meeting timelines, and governing country-specific initiatives. - Possess knowledge of labor laws and union implications, manage compliance requirements, build processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs. - Lead projects to shape India's inclusion charter, craft internal/external narratives, and drive initiatives with HR to uphold its culture. - Highlight Google India's achievements by participating in industry forums, building narratives on topical happenings, and ensuring strong brand representation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or Human Resource (HR) Generalist. - Experience in HR with at least two of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation, supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities. - Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities. - Ability to drive recommendations and prioritization, and collaborate with managers. - Ability to work in a changing environment and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent project management and change management skills. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analysis, and communication skills.,
