Market Consultant

to lead the sales enablement and delivery of

Revenue Management

solutions for Life Sciences clients across North America. This role blends strategic consulting, solution leadership, and technology advisory, with a strong focus on Pharma and MedTech commercial value chains. The consultant will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and deliver best-in-class revenue management solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solutioning across Life Sciences Revenue Management processes, including supporting IT solutions.
  • Act as a solution and implementation consultant for Revenue Management platforms, including rollouts and upgrades.
  • Provide functional and solution leadership for Model N (preferred) or equivalent Revenue Management platforms, including support and maintenance.
  • Drive business and technology solutions for large transformation programs across the commercial value chain at global Life Sciences organizations.
  • Define Revenue Management business processes, configuration setups, and enterprise integration flows.
  • Design and support system integrations and interface architectures at an enterprise level.
  • Lead proposal solutioning, pre-sales engagements, and large deal pursuits in the Revenue Management domain.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and lead solution design.
  • Develop thought leadership assets including white papers, POVs, marketing collateral, and solution accelerators.
  • Build strong client relationships through executive presentations, advisory discussions, and industry insights.
  • Support strategic partnerships and alliances with Revenue Management product vendors.

Required Skills & Expertise

Domain & Functional Expertise

  • Deep experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management and Managed Markets.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across Revenue Management functions, including:
    • Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
    • Contract Lifecycle Management
    • Deal & Rebate Management
    • Global Pricing & Price Intelligence
    • Tender Management
    • Channel & Payer Management
    • Government Pricing & Medicaid
    • Market Development Fund Management
  • Proven delivery of 2-3 large-scale Revenue Management implementations for Pharma or Medical Device organizations.

Technology & Platform Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Model N and/or Revitas platforms.
  • Exposure to additional Revenue Management ecosystems such as IntegriChain.
  • In-depth understanding of supporting IT landscapes, data models, and system integrations.

Consulting & Leadership Skills

  • Proven experience leading large deal solutioning and proposal development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
  • Clear and compelling verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
