Job Description

Role Overview: You will join Red Nucleus" Advisory practice as a Managing Consultant / Associate Partner / Partner. In this role, you will work with the Scientific Services and Advisory (SS&A) Leadership team to help organizations address issues, create value, enhance growth, and improve business performance. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic client delivery engagements and driving growth for SS&A. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an expert in delivery and ensure account growth - Lead or support business development activities to drive strategic growth for SS&A, with a focus on Advisory - Represent Red Nucleus in addressing client needs in various Advisory projects such as business development, budget and SOW management, project planning and management, process optimization, training, business plan/case development, solution design and implementation, quality and compliance, change management, and more - Internal responsibilities may involve budget and SOW management, contributing to marketing and business development, providing thought leadership, leading internal and client-facing project teams, and supporting initiatives for the success of the SS&A business unit or Red Nucleus as a whole Qualification Required: - Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities - Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry - High attention to detail, self-starter, and driven - Ability to multitask with superior organization skills and lead project deliverables - Dependable, flexible, and excellent organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software - Bachelor's degree - Ability to work in a global environment, understanding cultural differences and work practices About Red Nucleus: Red Nucleus aims to advance knowledge to improve lives by providing strategic learning and development, scientific advisory services, and medical communications solutions for the life sciences industry.
