Serve as the primary client-facing contact managing multiple stakeholders across projects. Oversee Statements of Work (SoWs) , deal negotiations, and contract renewals ensuring alignment with business goals. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with the scope defined in SoWs. Lead and manage teams to maintain high productivity and foster a collaborative work environment. Leverage latest automation technologies and Generative AI tools to drive productivity improvements, value addition, and process enhancements. Drive delivery of committed work and major projects through effective program and cross-program coordination , utilizing metrics and data to track progress and inform status. Own communication channels and provide regular status reports on program delivery (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Identify, manage, and escalate program risks and issues to ensure timely resolution of impediments. Required Skills & Experience: 10 to 12+ years of experience in SAP delivery management or related program management roles. Proven experience in client engagement and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong background in managing SoWs, deals, and renewals with attention to contractual and compliance details. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality project outputs on time. Hands-on experience with automation tools and Generative AI technologies to optimize delivery and enhance productivity. Strong program management skills including tracking delivery metrics, risk management, and status reporting. Excellent communication and reporting skills with ability to maintain stakeholder engagement across all levels.
