About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Management team in Ahmedabad, India. This role supports the Local Supply Chain Management Process Enablement function within the Group, contributing to strategic process improvements and operational excellence. The individual will act as a key liaison between local supply chain teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Tax, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Cyber Security. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, and hands-on experience with tools such as SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Suite.

What you will do

• Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes and drive improvements in efficiency and compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding, master data management, PO issuance, payments, and contract enablement.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for contract and NDA signatures.
• Monitor and correct PO issues including retro POs, SoD breaches, and catalogue ordering.
• Respond to internal and external audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
• Drive governance with CFSL teams and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare MIS reports and support SCM projects such as Morpheus, Hilton, and contract migrations.
• Participate in UAT for SCM tools and provide training to users.
• Support enhancements and issue resolution for SCM tools including Ariba GB, SARM, S4, and SAC.
• Ensure compliance with SCM policies and contribute to successful project delivery.

Who you are

• A process expert with broad knowledge of Source-to-Pay and SCM operations.
• Skilled in SAP transactions, system integration, and supplier portal testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, BI tools, and Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in virtual teams.
• Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experienced in project documentation and operational delivery.
