Our mission is to enable the 30 million software developers in the world to deliver code to their users reliably, efficiently, securely and quickly, increasing customerspace of innovation while improving the developer experience We offer solutions for every step of the software delivery lifecycle to build, test, secure, deploy and manage reliability, feature flags and cloud costs The Harness Software Delivery Platform includes modules for CI, CD, Cloud Cost Management, Feature Flags, Service Reliability Management, Security Testing Orchestration, Chaos Engineering, Software Engineering Insights and continues to expand at an incredibly fast pace, Harness is led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal, who founded AppDynamics and sold it to Cisco for $3 7B Were backed with $425M in venture financing from top-tier VC and strategic firms, including J P Morgan, Capital One Ventures, Citi Ventures, ServiceNow, Splunk Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Adage Capital Partners, Balyasny Asset Management, Gaingels, Harmonic Growth Partners, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Alkeon Capital, Battery Ventures, Sorenson Capital, Thomvest Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank, About The Role Harness is looking for a Regional Manager, Workplace Design + Experience to execute and support workplace design + experience in India-combining the best of in-person and remote work You will be accountable for facilities management, food + beverage, workplace build projects, in-person & virtual events, and ensure that our global Workplace Design + Experience framework is executed and implemented for your region You will lead our workplace experience team in India as we expand our facilities footprint This role will report to the Director, Real Estate & Workplace and work closely with the global Workplace Design + Experience team This role will be located in Bangalore, India & also support other India satellite offices, Key Responsibilities Be accountable for the Workplace Design + Experience strategy in your region, and ensure that our global framework and services are delivered consistently across offices, Own regional programs and initiatives that align with our global framework Maintain documentation of regional programs and initiatives Ensure that vendors in scope are being managed and that internal and external SLAs are met Follow routines for budgeting, forecasting, and cost follow-up Maintain close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and other functions Ensure all offices are compliant with current regulatory workplace standards & requirements Ensure your team is working in tight collaboration and alignment with the global Workplace Design + Experience team Lead, manage, follow up, and develop your team by setting clear goals, coaching, and mentoring Collaborate with the Director to ensure the allocation of appropriate space and future space planning, Assist in project management and execution of the acquisition or expansion of office spaces, Assist in planning and execution of various company social events and off-sites with the goal of increasing employee engagement, About You You have 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Event Planning and Facilities Management in a fast-moving environment, You have managerial experience within Facilities Operations and Workplace Experience, Comfortable taking initiative and ownership, but also team-oriented, transparent, and collaborative in working style, An engaged leader who continuously develops their team members Proven success in managing competing priorities across event planning, budget, facilities management & project/program management in a constantly changing work environment Comfortable working with a variety of tools such as Slack, G-Suite, Envoy, and Asana, Strong aptitude for project management and strategic planning You are ok with business travel, as this may be required in the role Passionate about creating the best experience every time for employees and guests, Comfortable creating and delivering presentations Harness In The News Harness Grabs a $150m Line of Credit Welcome Split!
