Project Planning, Implementation & Management
Develop detailed annual implementation plans jointly with the project team and other stakeholders for implementation. Review the project proposal, budget, targets, and key performance indicators and ensure that the planning is measurable, reportable & verifiable regarding budget and implementation. Support the organization and provide a longer-term vision, strategic direction, and appropriate planning aligning with Industree s overall plan. Retain an entrepreneurial approach to delivering the project, proposing creative solutions, reducing inhibiting business factors, and looking for market-based solutions in coordination with the concerned team at Industree. Management of the project budget and approval of requisitions, advances, and expenses. Preparing cost work plans and submitting timely funds requests in coordination with the finance team. Oversee timely and cost-effective procurement of equipment, materials, and services for project implementation according to set standards. Ensure project expenditure remains within budgetary line items and according to contractual agreements. Program Monitoring & Reporting Regular field visits to intervention areas to observe progress, focusing on ensuring timely delivery and impact of interventions.
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and final narrative reports based on a structured M&E framework and provide the necessary feedback to the documentation executives that meets the requirements of the donors. Networking Liaison & Management Support the liaison with the funders and other stakeholders for project updates, collaboration, or compliances. Attend Government, partners, and NGO meetings related to project activities and ensure cross-agency collaboration. Enlist the cooperation and assistance of Government departments and NGOs where and when required to ensure the achievement of project objectives. Promote and maintain effective partnerships with the central and state governments, and private sector partners. Team Management Support effective communications and joint working within and with other teams across the organization. Assist with recruiting, selecting, managing, and supervising state and national project teams. Mentoring the documentation executives with timely and constructive feedback to prepare reports and any communication-related documents related to the projects. Ensure that work is appropriately delegated and team members are empowered to carry out tasks independently where appropriate to their skills and capacity. Any additional or ad-hoc assignments assigned by the reporting manager.

Strong grasp of project goals, objectives, and deliverables to accurately capture and communicate progress and outcomes. Strong data analysis and interpretation understanding to incorporate metrics and insights into reports or presentations effectively.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in timely implementation and
maintain high-quality standards. Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, impactful reports, case studies, and other documents and align documentation with donor expectations and organizational standards. Strong proofreading and editing abilities to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency in document tone and style. Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal teams, field staff, and stakeholders. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including M&E, field, and communications teams. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining well-organized records for future reference. Qualifications Bachelor s or master s in social work (MSW), environmental science, horticulture, or a related field. Additional project management certifications are an added advantage. Experience Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the development sector or non-profit organizations. Prior experience in donor and large-scale project implementation management is strongly preferred. Prior experience in team management is strongly preferred. Language(s) Proficiency in English, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of any one regional language is desirable, especially for field visits and local stakeholder engagement.
