The Senior Manager Business Finance, will be involved in
overseeing financial activities, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while reporting directly to the Director Finance. Key Responsibilities: Overall Financial Planning & cash flow management Review and analysis of MIS reports Review meeting with the concerned stakeholders Assisting Sales team in Costing & Pricing related decisions Review , implementation and management of Business plans Review and modification of systems & processes. Formulating Overall internal Audit plan for all the Business units Preparation of weekly cash flow statements - Supervision and management of accounts to ensure accuracy of accounts and timely completion - Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and timely submission of all statutory returns. Monthly payroll management Cost management & control

Competencies Needed
Strong fundamentals in Accounting info ability to independently extract data from Tally and export to .xls, etc for analysis; strong in .xls Preferably an extrovert / outgoing personality who can / will make quick friends with operating peer level personnel high ability to interact in professional discussions Some exposure to manufacturing environment, particularly to a factory working (manufacturing systems / processes) may be desirable.

Education: B.Com with CA/CMA Inter Experience: 8-10 Years
