Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the State Rural Livelihood Mission
    (SRLM)
  • Provide strategic guidance and support for program implementation
  • Capacity build SRLM teams at various levels to enhance program execution
  • Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of activities
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve program objectives
  • Document program activities and generate comprehensive reports

Soft Skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability Proven planning, process, and facilitation abilities Excellent communication and persuasion skills Anticipatory and problem-prevention mindset Results-oriented with a growth mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 2. Technical skill - Knowledge of handling nursery-related operations Comprehensive cultivation, and plantation management skills Strong agronomic background Nursery operations expertise 3. Computer Skills - Advanced MS Office Suite skills Database management expertise Data analysis capabilities Education Masters in Forestry / any other relevant fields Experience Minimum 5+ years experience working on field-based projects
