Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement Manager with 1–2 years of experience to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials and services for smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and finalize deals with vendors and suppliers. Manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation. Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock levels. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements. Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase department. Good negotiation and communication skills. Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
