Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end purchase operations

  for commercial interior turnkey projects.
• Maintain desired project

  gross margins

  through strategic procurement.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while managing existing vendor relationships.
  
• Define vendor

  payment terms

  , negotiate commercials, and drive cost optimization.
• Oversee processing and documentation of

  Purchase Orders (POs)

  and

  Work Orders (WOs)

  .
• Lead procurement planning, supply planning, category management, and source-to-pay activities.
  
• Ensure timely purchasing, expediting, and delivery of materials and services.
  
• Drive value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for cost improvement.
  
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and procurement analytics.
