ROLE OVERVIEW:

KIC UnivAssist is looking to hire a full-time Manager – University Outreach to strategize, manage and develop new and existing university relationships and initiatives for KIC UnivAssist.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new and existing university partnerships around the world through outreach and relationship-building with university leadership and management, in line with the strategic business plan.

• Meet organizational goals for expanding these partnerships and to ensure smooth onboarding of such partnerships.

• Ensure year-round engagement with all existing partnerships and researching newer partnership opportunities.

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their needs to provide appropriate solutions.

• Represent UnivAssist at internal and external meetings/exhibitions/conferences as necessary to develop partnerships, and build relationships and strong brand awareness.

• Support the preparation of strategic market plans to enhance UnivAssist’s strategic planning process, submit progress and forecast reports as required while maintaining accurate and ethical data practices.

• Conduct periodic reviews and feedback from all our partners.

• Work with colleagues in marketing and communications to create collaterals/materials to promote partnerships to institutions and other agencies where appropriate, including the production of digital media for use on the website and social media channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in networking and partnership building in higher education sector

Work Experience: Five to Six years’ prior experience in relationship management and outreach in education space. Experience in partnership building and management shall be an added advantage.

Compensation: Commensurable with experience
