Job Description

To manage the organization’s liquidity, banking operations, fund flow, and investment activities ensuring optimum utilization of financial resources, compliance with internal policies, and maintenance of strong banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Banking & Institutional Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks, financial institutions, and NBFCs.
  • Negotiate credit limits, interest rates, and other terms to optimize funding costs.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all banking covenants and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company in lender meetings, due diligence discussions, and reviews.

2. Debt & Fund Management

  • Lead the process of raising short-term and long-term debt for working capital and project financing.
  • Manage existing loan portfolios, including renewals, restructuring, and documentation.
  • Evaluate various debt instruments—term loans, bill discounting, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and structured finance options.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of banking limits and maintain adequate liquidity.

3. Loan Syndication & NBFC Coordination

  • Coordinate with multiple lenders for syndication of large loans and project finance requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial models, projections, and information memorandums for lenders.
  • Liaise with NBFCs for lease financing, equipment loans, and other specialized funding products.

4. Treasury Operations

  • Oversee cash flow planning, forecasting, and fund allocation.
  • Manage daily cash operations and optimize short-term surplus deployment.
  • Monitor interest costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

5. Strategic & Analytical Responsibilities

  • Support management in developing capital structure strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports on borrowings, debt servicing, and financial covenants.
  • Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory developments, and funding opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of banking and institutional finance, financial instruments, and cash management.
  • Analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/HANA S4/ Oracle).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: 10–12 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or fund management in corporate setup.
  • Work Location: Mumbai/Noida

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year
