RRole Ojective

To support Treasury department in daily Cash Flow, Statutory liability MIS, LC opening/Tracking/documentation and timely closure of BOE and ORM.

Job Responsibilties:

A.

• Co-ordinate for LCs from opening, discounting, payment etc.
• Forward booking, arrangement of contract copy from bank and preparation of forward contract agreement.
• Other day to day activity.

B.

• Dealing with Bank to open Foreign/ Inland LC.
• Complete track for payment and Expiry of LC
• Releasing of original documents from Bank.

C.

• Documentation for Direct import and Import LC payments.
• Reciliation of BEOs against payments.
• Coordination with bank for import payment and LCs
• Tracking of all swift massages

C.

• Documentation for merchant exports.
• Timely closure of both leg of transactions and follow-up with internal customer as well as Bank.

D.

• Booking of forward dollar against import bill and open LC
• Keeping track of forward utilisation.

E. MIS Reporting:

Daily/Monthly Cash flow projection.

• Verification of all payments from SAP to Bank portal to ensure amount is transferred to the correct account.
• MIS for foreign currency exposure on weekly basis to be sent to Nuvama & basis recommendation, book forwards.
• Monthly provision for LC processing charges.
• P&L of forward hedging and MTM valuation.
• SAP Entries for all foreign payments.
