Role Summary:

strategic and future-focused HR Manager – Talent Planning

Talent Acquisition (TA) or HR Operations background

mid or extended shifts

Key Responsibilities:

High-Potential (HiPo) Management & Engagement

  • Partner with HRBPs and L&D to identify and manage high-potential employees.
  • Implement scalable HiPo development and engagement frameworks.
  • Drive execution of development plans, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
  • Track and report HiPo progress using real-time dashboards and analytics.

Internal Job Posting (IJP) & Talent Mobility

  • Manage the end-to-end IJP process ensuring transparency and a great employee experience.
  • Collaborate with business and HR teams to match internal talent with open roles.
  • Conduct internal interviews and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Monitor internal mobility metrics and promote success stories to drive engagement.

Workforce Planning & HR Technology Enablement

  • Leverage HR tech tools and analytics platforms to enhance talent insights.
  • Partner with HR Technology teams to automate and improve internal mobility processes.
  • Stay updated on

    AI and emerging HR tech trends

    to shape modern talent strategies.

Talent Strategy & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Recruiters, and Leadership on internal talent movement.
  • Support discussions around capability building, succession, and workforce readiness.
  • Integrate

    Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

    principles into all internal mobility initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

    .
  • 9+ years

    of progressive HR experience, with

    3+ years in talent management, HiPo programs, or workforce planning

    .
  • Candidates from

    Talent Acquisition

    backgrounds with exposure to

    IJP, talent planning, internal mobility, HiPo management

    , and

    HR technology platforms

    are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong experience with

    HR analytics, workforce planning tools, and HRIS systems

    .
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
