Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions, continuously evolving techniques based on feedback. Identify, onboard, and manage third-party training vendors for large-scale soft skill programs. Collaborate with internal stake holders and subject matter experts to co-design learning content, resources, and toolkits. Support the implementation of blended learning strategies including e-learning, live sessions, and coaching. Essential Skills/Experience: Ability to translate business needs into learning strategies, experience in designing and driving organizational upskilling and reskilling programs 8-10 years of overall experience in Talent & Development, with proven experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person learning sessions. Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, especially in managing vendor-led programs (scope, quality, timelines, budget). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stake holder management skills. Analytical mentality with experience in measuring training outcomes and impact.
