As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LSEG, you will play a vital role in driving recruitment best practices, processes, and delivery across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy for each role and ensuring regular communication and updates - Ensuring standardization of global recruiting processes and procedures - Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline aligned with current and future business requirements - Implementing innovative solutions for sourcing and candidate management, including direct sourcing channels, employee referrals, and advertising - Collaborating closely with the central sourcing team for market mapping and intelligence - Executing internet and social media strategy campaigns to position LSEG appropriately in the region - Providing regular reporting on recruiting metrics to evaluate program efficiency and talent hired - Ensuring data integrity by recording all applications on Workday and accurate reporting - Conducting proficiency-based training for people managers and implementing a robust hiring process with competency-based interviews - Interviewing all candidates before hire and conducting relevant assessments - Maintaining a high-quality approach to job descriptions and advertisements while providing training to hiring managers - Leveraging relationships across all company divisions and offering strategic market intelligence on hiring trends and competitor activity - Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and participating in ad-hoc TA projects Qualifications required for this role include: - Significant experience as a talent acquisition specialist within the Technology sector - In-depth understanding of hiring technical roles and knowledge of various tech stacks - Proven ability to source and hire directly - Strong business acumen and communication skills across various organization levels - Ability to collaborate in a diverse and matrixed organization and handle ambiguous situations - Innovative and creative thinking with strong credibility and consulting skills LSEG, a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, is committed to driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling sustainable growth.
