Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LSEG, you will play a crucial role in driving recruitment best practices, processes, and delivery across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy for each role and providing regular communication and updates - Ensuring standardization of global recruiting processes and procedures - Developing and managing a talent pipeline aligned with current and future business requirements - Implementing innovative solutions for sourcing and candidate management through direct sourcing channels, employee referrals, advertising, and other methods - Collaborating closely with the central sourcing team for market mapping and intelligence data - Implementing internet and social media campaigns to position LSEG effectively in the region - Reporting relevant recruiting metrics to assess program efficiency and talent hired - Ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting on Workday - Providing proficiency-based training to all people managers and conducting competency-based interviews for candidates - Maintaining high-quality job descriptions and adverts, offering training and mentorship to hiring managers - Participating in ad-hoc TA projects and advocating for inclusive hiring practices Qualifications Required: - Significant experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the Technology sector - Deep understanding of hiring technical roles and knowledge of various tech stacks such as Java, Snowflake, C++, Cloud, and Network - Proven track record in direct sourcing and hiring - Ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally based on trust, advice, and consistent delivery - Strong business acumen and pragmatic approach - Experience in dealing with cultural differences and their impact on business dynamics - Effective communication skills with management and employees at all levels - Strong influencing, negotiating, and collaboration skills - Ability to handle ambiguous situations and think innovatively - Proficiency in using technology for workload management About LSEG: LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a purpose to drive financial stability, empower economies, and enable sustainable growth.
