Job Overview

This role focuses on building strong supplier partnerships and managing end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes. You will support the demand team and drive category growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in strengthening the product portfolio, directly impacting category performance and business results.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemicals, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in operations-intensive roles.
• Proven track record in commercial, stakeholder, relationship, and operational management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Program Management:

  Design and manage an end-to-end supply chain that meets both short-term and long-term business objectives.

• Strategic Procurement:

  Source raw materials with a focus on price, quality, reliability, and sustainability. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure value and risk mitigation. 

• Product Portfolio Management:

  Drive product development, documentation and commercialization. Ensure the portfolio aligns with market demand and regulatory requirements.

• Operational Excellence:

  Drive operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.

• Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:

  Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Provide insights to guide procurement and supply chain strategy

• Reporting & Communication:

  Regularly update management on supply chain performance, key initiatives, and strategic risk/opportunities. Ensure transparency and proactive communication across functions.
