Role Description

SECTION II: JOB SUMMARY
The Admin Manager will oversee and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires managing office processes, supervising support staff, maintaining facilities, and implementing administrative systems to meet organizational goals.

Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.


Team Management

  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor the performance of team members.


Facilities Management

  • Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the administration department’s budget.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize cost-efficiency in office operations.
  • Create, review, and update administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and organizational regulations.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.


Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support organizational needs and objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage logistics for staff and business activities as required.
