Role Purpose -

This role is designed to drive revenue through internal leverage functions, working closely with teams such as PoS, QFix, Qwikcilver, and Setu to convert internal leads into Pine Labs Online business. The role carries a sales quota and requires strong relationship management, collaboration, and execution skills to ensure that internal teams are effectively enabled and aligned to contribute to online sales outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a combination of stakeholder management, field understanding, and the ability to drive performance through indirect channels.


The responsibilities we entrust you with -


Internal Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and manage strong working relationships with internal teams and other leverage functions.
  • Act as the single point of contact for internal lead flows and ensure consistent conversion into Pine Labs Online sales.
  • Enable field and functional teams with the right product knowledge, sales narratives, and support mechanisms.


Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Own and deliver the assigned sales quota through internal lead channels.
  • Track, manage, and optimize lead pipelines generated through internal functions.
  • Drive structured engagement cycles to ensure predictable revenue delivery.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and forecast reports to leadership.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Online Solutions, Operations, and Merchant Support to ensure seamless delivery for leads sourced through internal teams.
  • Collaborate with enablement teams to train internal stakeholders on Pine Labs Online offerings.
  • Share market and field insights with internal teams to help refine lead quality and targeting.


Program Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards, conversion metrics, and performance updates for internal leverage channels.
  • Anchor periodic reviews with functional heads to drive accountability, alignment, and outcomes.
  • Identify gaps in lead flow or execution and propose systemic improvements.


Product Knowledge (Preferred, not mandatory)

  • Payments or PG experience is an advantage
  • Build a strong understanding of Pine Labs’ online payments suite and solutions over time.


What matters in this role -

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management roles.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders and field teams, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills across levels.
  • Ability to operate independently while driving outcomes through indirect channels.
