As a Manager Sales at Microtex, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales plans, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Educational Background:
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience:
At least 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion of that experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Experience in the automotive or battery industry is a plus.
