Job Description

Main Tasks: 1. Developing new customers. 2. Streamline existing sales & marketing strategy. 3. Able to sell products based on application & performance to customers. 4. Ensure better realization from existing customers and focus on selling products based on performance & requirements of customers. 5. Detailed study of the market, competitors, and opportunities for growth 6. Increase sales volume ensuring maximum utilization of capacities 7. If candidate has handled export markets/customers it will be an added advantage 8. Maintaining forecast for customers on product requirements accurtaelty. Competencies Required for the Position: 1. Must have worked in a business environment of specialty chemicals market. 2. Need good skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point. 3. Experience in Handling both Large & Mid-Sized Customers. Knowledge of Export Customers will be an added advantage. 4. Experience in selling to Paints and Coating/ Agro / Textile/ Home and Personal Care . 5. Male candidate preferred.
