Sales Manager


Job Overview:


Sales Manager – B2B Product Experience


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote B2B products and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels.
  • Conduct impactful face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless pre-sale and post-sale experiences.
  • Provide consistent client support and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategies and enhance product performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and boost visibility.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, or a related field

    .
  • 5–7 years

    of B2B sales experience, including

    2+ years in a managerial role

    .
  • Proven experience in

    product-based sales

    (experience in the

    amusement or fitness equipment industry

    is an added advantage).
  • Strong background in

    corporate-level or on-ground sales

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    negotiations, presentations, and contract management

    .
  • Proficient in

    CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

    and sales analytics.
  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Must be open to travel PAN India.
