As the Sales Manager for B2B Product Experience, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing an exceptional product experience to our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new sales leads, and attending trade shows to promote our B2B products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be essential, as you will act as the primary point of contact for their needs and provide ongoing support throughout their experience with our products. Furthermore, you will be required to have a deep understanding of our company's B2B products and solutions, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and offer product training and presentations to maximize the value of our solutions for clients. Leadership and mentorship of the sales team will also be a key aspect of your role, along with collaborating with other teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure successful client solutions. Tracking and reporting on sales activities, analyzing sales data, and customer feedback, as well as leading negotiations with clients and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in managing sales cycles, customer relationship management, and product solution selling will be highly valuable.
