Hiring Sales Manager | 810 Yrs Exp | Building Materials / Construction Industry West India

Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned region.
Drive business growth by prospecting, identifying, and developing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve profitability objectives through effective sales planning and execution.
Responsible for AR (Accounts Receivables) collection for Couplers & Threads, Retention, C-Forms, TDS certificates, etc., ensuring timely control of dues as per management guidance.
Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and customer service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
8 -10 years in Sales & Marketing within the Construction / Building Material / Infrastructure industry.
Proven experience in handling client relationships, business development, and collection management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under deadlines.
