Job Description

6+ years of experience in handling marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Interakt, Gupshup, Twilio, Kaleyra, WhatsApp, AppsFlyer etc.) and liaising with tech on website and marketing-based digital assets. Candidate shall lead end-to-end campaign strategy, its automation workflow creation, execution, analysis, and optimization to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.

Main Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Asset Management

Support content management systems (CMS) and website optimization initiatives (SEO, UX)
Coordinate with digital and creative teams for campaign asset deployment.

Marketing Automation

Design, execute, and optimize automated marketing workflows (lead nurturing, drip campaigns, customer journeys).
Support campaign planning with automated triggers, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Data Management & Audience Segmentation

Oversee the collection, unification, and activation of customer data from multiple sources (web, CRM, email, social, etc.).
Enable precise audience segmentation for targeted, personalized communication.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, customer behaviour, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights to the marketing team using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Tag Management and Tracking

Implement and manage tags using tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking of user interactions and conversions.
