Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Receptionist to join our team at Arborvitae.in, with 3-7 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Supervise and coordinate reception staff tasks to maintain high customer service standards.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Handle complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer experiences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Manager - Receptionist or similar role in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
