Job Description

Job Overview

To support the business objectives of managing the reporting requirements of the organisation. It involves on time and the Quality of reporting performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

SLA Reporting and Governance

  • On time and error-free reporting of all performance reports
  • Analysis and intelligence from data by looking at trends
  • Real-time flagging of issues by looking at data
  • SLA Management & Reporting
  • Facilitate Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance in all VACs and avoid service penalties as applicable

Data Management and automation

  • Reporting on data completeness at the regional level
  • Data sanitisation and collation at the regional/Global level
  • Follow up and calls with regional POCs for data completeness and sanity
  • Consolidation and reconciliation with Opsys data for daily data

Client Reporting & Management

  • Contractual daily/weekly/monthly SLA reporting (SLA, TAT, CX, Biometric, PP Recon, Volumes, Mioot stats etc)
  • Slots summary and related client reporting (Intra-day reporting)
  • Global/regional performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly reporting and calls) including scorecard (attached timelines calendar and daily report)
  • PowerBI Dashboard and central database management
  • OpSys/TMS support and weekly fee audits (100% audits done on tasks delivered by the vendor)

Knowledge & Key Skills

  • Advance knowledge and hands-on experience of BA tools like Power BI
  • Proficiency with MS office with sound knowledge (complex formulae, VBA macro, Power Queries etc) of Excel
  • Should be able to present data in a meaningful full way in Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations or Power BI Dashboard
  • Pleasant disposition, comfortable to interact with people from different cultures and levels, feedback skills, leadership skills

  • Promote judicious use of natural resources.
  • Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

  • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
  • Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts. For more detailed explanation, follow the ABMS manual.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

  • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
  • Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Additional Responsibilities (Special Projects)

  • Reporting manager to add any special project(s) being managed by the team member.

Education

  • Minimum: Graduate / Global Equivalent degree with certification in data analytics and reporting.

Experience

  • Min 5 – 10years of experience in Business intelligence and MIS/reporting
