Job Description

Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?) To monitor and control ongoing projects mainly including mechanical project activities like engineering, procurement site installation with safety and quality, commissioning and handing over the mechanical system to operation team. Closely monitor existing projects for projects for time and cost overruns. Ensure quality and safety in process and engineering part without cost and time overruns Key Result Area Project Planning Carry out Pre-planning of projects. Closely monitor projects in reference of budget and time. Identifying activities at critical path. To ensure timely execution of project under budgeted cost without compromising on quality of work Reviewing and guiding project proposal with cost, scope & Project execution schedule/plan. Effective planning & monitoring of Project development with cost, time & Quality. Reviewing Inquiry documents like data sheet, Bill of Quantity, Scope of work for contractors etc Review of Technical offers & Preparing Technical comparison & Recommendation for capital items Resource Management (External & Internal Stakeholders) Statutory Compliance & Liaising with Govt.
