Executive - Logistics

Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?) This position handle the movement and storage of supplies in the organisation. The incumbent must predict how much and when it will be needed in order to meet the expectations of both the organisation and their customers Key Result Area Arrange vehicles for dispatch of finished goods Prepare and verify necessary dispatch documents Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries Work closely with accounts and GST departments for legal compliance Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) for export shipments Assist in ensuring goods comply with export regulations Prepare export-related documents (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, etc.) Liaise with customs and government offices for clearances Post-export documentation and submission to the bank Maintain ISO & regulatory documents Ensure compliance with EXIM laws and other statutory requirements Support post-sales logistics activities Competencies Communication Skill Coordination Skill Computer Skills (DMS, SAP,MS Office) Domain knowledge (SAP SF, Statutory Compliance, General Admin etc.) Authorities Assist in arranging logistics as per dispatch requirements Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) & Dispatch Orders (DO) in SAP Assist in creating Proforma Invoices & Packing Lists Reporting Head - Logistics Experience & Relevant Industries Chemical/ Metals Education Bachelors Show more Show less
