Executive - Logistics

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-15 years of experience in warehouse management and manpower control to join our team as an Executive For Logistic MNC Company in Sector 29, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, binning, picking, packing, stock taking, dispatch, and location maintenance.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and efficient product delivery.
• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize losses and optimize storage space.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate better prices and services.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are advantageous.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in manpower control for managing over 200 personnel.
• Ability to discuss customer management and negotiate logically.
