Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using

    Primavera P6

    .
  • Prepare and maintain detailed micro and macro schedules for piling, civil, and pipeline works.
  • Track project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement resource management strategies to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Apply cost control techniques to monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for management and clients.
  • Support the project team in claims, change management, and risk analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.


Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech. - Civil / Mechanical


Experience:

7-15 years of experience in EPC projects planning & scheduling


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of resource management and cost control techniques.
  • Familiarity with piling, civil works, and pipeline installation processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Candidates should be skilled in planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Projects.
