We are looking for qualified and experienced professional in Project Control & Planning function at Essar Constructions India Limited at for Pipeline Project at Salaya (Jamnagar), Gujarat location. Job Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 . Prepare and maintain detailed micro and macro schedules for piling, civil, and pipeline works. Track project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Implement resource management strategies to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials. Apply cost control techniques to monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely completion of milestones. Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for management and clients. Support the project team in claims, change management, and risk analysis. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. - Civil / Mechanical Experience: 7-15 years of experience in EPC projects planning & scheduling Skills: Strong knowledge of resource management and cost control techniques. Familiarity with piling, civil works, and pipeline installation processes. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should be skilled in planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Projects.
