Manager - Project Planning & Control

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Planning and Control Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of extensive experience in the projects industry, demonstrating expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities. Key Responsibilities of Role

Develop and implement project planning and control strategies to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely project delivery. Lead the development of comprehensive project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation plans. Establish project monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices in project planning and control, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and coach project teams on effective planning and control methodologies, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
