The Role:

You will own and scale our paid acquisition engine to drive qualified pipeline and revenue across geographies while leading Google Ads end-to-end and partner with Growth/ABM for mid-market & enterprise motions. This is a hands-on leadership role: build strategy, lead people, and dive into the accounts yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel paid strategy; scale qualified pipeline and revenue
• Run/optimize $100K+ monthly spend (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
• Balance CAC, CPL, ROAS; drive SQLs and opportunities
• Build measurement: GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution
• Ship rapid A/B tests; improve LPs, CTAs, funnels (CRO)
• Lead audience strategy: segmentation, retargeting, full-funnel nurture
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design for ICP-aligned creative
• Align tightly with Demand Gen + Sales on pipeline goals
• Manage agencies/tools; standardize playbooks and reporting
• Track market/platform changes; turn insights into performance wins

Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing; B2B SaaS focus (NA)
• Proven ownership of $100K+ monthly budgets and pipeline targets
• Deep Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads expertise (structure, bids, targeting)
• Strong analytics: GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce; multi-touch attribution
• CRO expert: LP optimization and disciplined experimentation
• Clear communicator; exec-level reporting and stakeholder management
• Cross-functional operator with Content/Sales/Product Marketing
• Mentors senior marketers; raises bar on strategy and execution
