Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and

other paid platforms to achieve lead generation and ROI targets.

  • Develop and manage SEM, Display, Retargeting, Video, and Paid Social campaigns with

clear performance KPIs.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy planning to maximize

efficiency.

  • Track, measure, and report performance of all campaigns using Google Analytics, Tag

Manager, and other relevant tools.

  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure ad messaging and landing

pages align for maximum conversions.

  • Perform continuous A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to adopt best practices in performance marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CTR, Conversion Rates, and

Quality of Leads.

  • Create and present weekly/monthly dashboards & reports with insights and actionable

recommendations.

  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup for accurate lead source mapping.
  • Explore and evaluate new channels, tools, and platforms for growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Certification

in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics preferred.

• Experience: 6–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in real

estate, e-commerce, or high-value consumer services.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker
  • SEO/SEM, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel optimization

• Excellent understanding of keywords, bidding models, ad rankings, CPC/CPA strategies, and

campaign structures.

• Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns

simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing innovations.
