Assistant Manager - Design

Role & responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver static creatives, GIFs, and video content for digital and

offline marketing campaigns.

• Adapt master creatives into various formats (social media sizes, web banners, print ads,

OOH, presentations, etc.) while maintaining visual consistency and quality.

• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, emailers, brochures, and campaign

collaterals.

• Design short-form video content and motion graphics optimized for social platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign briefs and deliver innovative

solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and platform-specific creative best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or

related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in real estate,

advertising, or consumer-facing industries.

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere

Pro, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

• Hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and GIF creation.

• Strong eye for detail, typography, layout, and colour harmony.

• Ability to adapt and optimize designs for different media requirements (print, web, social,

OOH).

• Portfolio demonstrating both creative originality and multi-format adaptability is

mandatory.
