Assistant Manager - Design

We are looking for a skilled Asst. Manager - Design with 9 to 15 years of relevant engineering work experience, including leadership experience, to join our team in Sector 50 Gurgaon.

• Provide technical leadership in designing sheet metal components and structural products like monopoles, plastics/FRP, and manufacturing understanding.
• Manage the team, aligning with the Organization's purpose, vision, strategy, and current year's programs and deliverables.
• Engage effectively with internal and external customers using good communication skills.
• Convert customer requirements into conceptual stages and manage the transition towards commercialization (production).
• Foster continuous improvement through 6 Sigma Sponsorship and identify/develop employees for current and future roles.
• Build and motivate a team, fostering career growth and challenging members.
• Ensure the team meets all product commitments (time, quality, and cost) and actively governs through goals and metrics.

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant engineering work experience, including leadership experience.
• Experience in system design and project management, BOM and design management.
• Proficiency in Solid Works/Solid Edge (CAD/CAM), CAD & CAM, and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of structural and sheet metal components design.
• Strong technical leadership skills in designing sheet metal components and structural products.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and develop employees for current and future roles.
