Experience: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant operations team.
• Align operational strategies with company objectives for long-term growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Manufacturing & Production Management

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS 16949), safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization

• Optimize procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for seamless material flow.
• Enhance supply chain transparency and responsiveness.

Team Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Financial Performance & Risk Management

• Monitor key operational and financial metrics for cost savings and efficiency.
• Develop and manage operational budgets with strong cost control.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive plastic injection molding processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and MS Office Suite.
• Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage teams at all levels.
