Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end wholesale lending lifecycle, including loan origination, processing, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Drive the automation of key processes where possible to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Coordinate with internal audit teams, statutory auditors, and regulatory inspection teams, addressing queries and facilitating timely closure of audit findings.
  • Managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. In-depth knowledge of wholesale lending products, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles


Qualifications


  • MBA/PGDM in Finance, Operations, or Business Management with relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 8+ years’ experience in operations within NBFCs, fintech’s, or banks
