Manager - Operations

As an Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing and managing the end-to-end wholesale lending lifecycle. This includes responsibilities such as loan origination, processing, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections. You will be required to develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. It is essential to drive the automation of key processes where possible to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
