Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a hospitality setting. This includes product knowledge, attendance tracking, vendor and client management, cash handling, and reporting. You will also be required to conduct operations training for the team and ensure compliance with client service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Must have product knowledge and adhere to SOPs for operations - Conduct training sessions for team members and vendors on various operational processes - Maintain records and reports related to operations - Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards - Possess excellent knowledge of food & beverage service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Management - Strong command over written and spoken English - Attention to detail in hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, health, and safety standards,
