We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across our production unit and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production unit and retail outlets
• Ensure smooth functioning of supply chain, procurement, and logistics
• Manage staff schedules, supervision, and performance monitoring
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all facilities
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and reduce wastage
• Implement operational improvements and efficiency strategies
• Handle vendor management, purchase planning & cost control
• Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports and assist management in strategic planning
• Coordinate with outlet managers, production team, and top management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business/Hotel Management/Food Technology is a plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations (FMCG/Food manufacturing/Restaurant/hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of food safety, production processes, and retail operations
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to travel within Thrissur outlets when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
