Manager-Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch & Operational Management:
• Oversee the smooth functioning of all branches under your jurisdiction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit protocols.
• Process Implementation & Monitoring:
• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance and ensure quality service.
• Team Supervision & Coordination:
• Manage and guide branch-level staff and department heads.
• Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance appraisals.
• Customer Service & Compliance:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely grievance redressal.
• Oversee documentation, data security, and financial compliance.
• Reporting & MIS:
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Report key findings and suggest action plans to senior management.
• Coordination with Other Departments:
• Act as a bridge between field staff, finance, HR, and senior leadership for seamless communication and workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
