Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations & Administration:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with IRDAI and internal guidelines.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors and Relationship Officers.
• Motivate team to achieve individual and branch-level sales targets.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive the sale of life, general, and health insurance products through the IMF channel.
• Build strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
• Revenue Generation:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for insurance premium collection.
• Monitor persistency and renewal business.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis:
• Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Organize local campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
