Role Overview
We are
looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Manager – FTE /ResourceAugmentation Division to spearhead the growth of this business vertical. Therole will be a mix of sales, client engagement, operations, and P&Lmanagement, with full responsibility to build, scale, and manage the division.
This position
is best suited for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, wantsend-to-end ownership of a business line, and has experience in consulting,market research, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

model within the market research vertical.

client mining to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l3 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial
models tailored to client requirements.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l3 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with
clients.

availing FTE/resource augmentation services.

engagement, regular updates, and ensuring delivery excellence.

of FTE resources for client projects.

research teams to ensure smooth operations.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Establish frameworks for resource allocation,
performance monitoring, and client reporting.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Maintain high-quality service delivery aligned
with client expectations.

Division where you should manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l4 level1 lfo4; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Identify opportunities for scaling the business
through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic partnerships.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l4 level1 lfo4; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Build operational processes and governance models
for the division.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l4 level1 lfo4; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Monitor industry trends and adapt offerings to
stay competitive.

Key Requirements
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo6; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">MBA/PGDM in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or
related field.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo6; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">6–10 years of experience in market research specifically
in resource augmentation business models.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo6; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Strong exposure to sales, operations, and P&L
ownership.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo6; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Proven ability to manage client relationships at
CXO/Director level.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo6; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build
and scale a division from ground up.

strategic thinking.
